In order to ensure the quality of the raw material, we produce exclusively grapes of our own production, grown organically with passion, attention and respect for our territory, which we aspire to express in the best way. To enhance the fruits of our land, we use steel tanks for fermentation, cement tanks for storage and wooden barrels for the aging of the most important red wines.
The organic farm also produces oil, honey, cereals and seasonal vegetables.
The products are sold at retail directly at the Winery.
