Strong taste
It is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of great personality and with a strong taste; very fruity and a little spicy, it releases intense fragrances, with a long aromatic artichoke tail that closes on a background of fresh grass, green olive and walnut.
For its characteristics, it is the main interpreter of Mediterranean cuisine, and in particular excels on meats, roasts, sauces and bruschettas.
