Malvasia grapes are harvested at two different times to preserve the freshness of the wine on the one hand and to give body and structure to the final blend on the other. Traditional white vinification to enhance the characteristics of the vine and the terroir.
The wine is racked into cement tanks and left on the lees for 6 months. Each subsequent operation is carried out protected from oxygen until bottling. Refinement continues in the bottle for another 1-2 months.
Light straw yellow, the nose has delicate notes of flowers and white peach. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, supported by a good structure and then close on an almond flavour accompanied by a pleasant salty note. The fine and delicate aromas found on the nose return to the aftertaste.
It goes well with all seafood dishes and excellent dairy products, fresh cheeses, vegetable pies and delicate rustic cakes.
