An interpretation of Lazio’s most representative indigenous black grape variety in which fruit and freshness are emphasized, showing its typical garnet color.
Harvest of grapes at full maturity, fermentation in steel tanks with daily pumping over and a maceration between 15 and 20 days depending on the vintage.
In concrete tanks for 12 months with natural stabilization due to weather and cold winters, followed by light filtration.
It has a garnet red color typical of Cesanese with a beautiful luminosity. The nose is inviting and clean, characterized by small red fruits, morello cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it expresses its freshness and the envelopment of well-integrated tannins. The structure accompanies the sip with balance to a clean finish with fruity hints of cherries under spirits.
Accompanies meat-based preparations such as baked lasagna, tagliatelle alla bolognese, meat sauce and cheeses that are not too mature, but with its freshness and balanced tannins it also goes well with vegetarian preparations.
