Lazio Vermentino
Indicazione geografica tipica
A typical variety of the Tyrrhenian coast that conveys the soil of “Arena”(sand) and marine debris, the iodized breeze and Mediterranean herbs that grow in the vineyards of our coastline natural reserve.
Grape varieties
100% Vermentino
Soil
Franco-sandy, with the presence of Pleistocene marine debris
Vinification
Two scalar harvests over time, between late August and early September, allow the full aromatic expression of the varietal to be balanced and acidity to be preserved. Grapes are hand-picked and vinified in reduction to encourage the expression and preservation of varietal aromas.
Refinement
Aging takes place in steel tanks where the wine is kept on the fine lees for about 9 months, followed by aging in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
Tasting
Brilliant straw yellow in color, the nose expresses the scents of the Mediterranean forest surrounding the vineyard, from broom to herbs, with notes of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and savory, with typically marine mineral notes that reflect the sand on which it grows and the sea breeze that aerates the vines.

Ideal for all seafood cuisine: raw and cooked appetizers, fish soups, mixed grills and fried paranza fish.
